These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of dimpleit.com and any order you place with Dimple. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By uploading a child's photo or details, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have their permission to share that information for personalization.

2. Personalized products

Dimple creates made-to-order, personalized items (stickers, storybooks, name slips and similar keepsakes) based on the photo, names and details you provide. Because each item is custom-made for a specific child, it cannot be resold or restocked.

3. Preview & approval

• Before production, you are responsible for checking the preview carefully — spelling of names, class, section, roll number, school name, selected size, shape, format and quantity.
• Production is based on the details and preview you approve. Once approved, your order moves to production and the details are treated as final.
• Colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to display and printing differences.

4. Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Any "MRP" shown with a strike-through is a reference price; the price you pay is the displayed selling price.
• Delivery is free on orders at or above ₹439; below that, a standard delivery charge applies and is shown before payment.
• Coupon codes (such as DIMPLEIT) are subject to their stated terms, may be limited to one per order, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Your content & conduct

• You confirm you have the right to upload any photo or content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
• You agree not to upload unlawful, obscene, offensive or infringing content, or content depicting a child without the required consent.
• You grant Dimple a limited licence to use the content solely to create, produce and deliver your order.

6. Intellectual property

All template designs, artwork, website content, branding and the "Dimple" name remain the property of Dimple or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our templates or designs except as part of the finished product you purchase.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch printed orders within a few working days of preview approval, with delivery times depending on your location. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimple's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
